Cornwall offers some of the best diving in the UK, with water temperatures ranging from 8 degrees in mid-winter to over 20 degrees during their warmest. Unlike some parts of the UK where it is very hard to see anything, average visibility here is 5-10 meters but with visibilties of 20-50 meters not unheard of, so you will see much more wildlife.
Our proximity to the golf-stream allows us to see fish more commonly seen in sub-tropical waters and we mustn’t forget the mammal population, mainly common seals and dolphins.
If you are travelling with non-divers, there is so much for them to do while you are learning, they won’t be forced to sit by the side of a lake all day!
